The challenge
Across Europe, researchers often begin their careers without clear pathways or the support needed to build a stable future. Institutions are working to align with the new Charter for Researchers, but many lack the tools to turn its principles into daily practice. INSIGHT brings stakeholders together to improve mobility, recognition, and meaningful career development.

Pilot and activities
INSIGHT will test its approach through a pilot focused on human factors in technology acceptance in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Researchers, companies, and public actors will collaborate through workshops, virtual co-creation sessions, and training pathways. Insights from the pilot will shape tools and recommendations used across Europe.
